Artek Children Center

Task:

 

To create a system of performance appraisal of Skolkovo’s press service.

 

Solution:

 

We developed internal integral indexes of information wellness with key parameters of press service performance and compared it to the history of media representation of the Foundation.

 

Result:

 

After receiving the system in 2014, the client has been using it until now, updating it periodically. This system permitted to more than duplicate all the key indicators without additional costs.

Task:

 

A merchandising company needed help looking for a foreign partner. Many international companies organise tenders in the international network. Finding such a partner was critical to their growth.

 

Solution:

 

We found about 100 international companies and associations with similar activity profile. Then, we picked those most likely to be interested in a partnership, finding information about them and translating it. We kept in mind the reputational particularities too.

 

Result:

 

Less than in a year, our client signed an agreement with an international association present in our report. In 2019, they merged in a network.

Task:

 

We have been working with Artek since 2015. Then, Artek was seen as an old-fashioned Soviet children camp, and its media image was dominated by the politized, Crimea-related notes. It was necessary to change its media image, adding a cultural, educational, and sportive component.

 

Solution:

 

We highlighted the key messages of the Center, related to its cultural, sportive, and educational activities. Then we started to monitor the reflection of these messages in media publications.

 

Result:

 

Our solution allowed to change the image of Artek and make it an international brand. In a year, more than 80% of media mentions had the images our client needed.

 

 

Ingosstrakh insurance company

Task:

 

To provide head of the company with one slide representing how media hooks of the company and its competitors are treated, with highlighted zones of conflict and development of the company.

 

Solution:

 

We systematized and visualized a great number of mentions of the company and its competitors, highlighting the work of its press service and PR department, and searched for zones of information development.

 

Result:

 

Seeing the competitional advantages it could use, the company generated successful media hooks during the next month.

 

OVK

Task:

 

The leading maker of freight cars in Russia and one of the world leaders needed to know who was to be worked with for new rules on axial load it needed for new railroad cars to be accepted.

 

Solution:

 

We analyzed the structure of how the decision is taken, defining the committees and state agencies responsible for it. We also provided profiles on key decision makers.

 

Result:

 

We created an algorithm of cooperation with government representatives fully clear for the company.

 

 

Crisis communication

Task:

 

An accident had happened in a mine owned by a mining company. There was risk of passing the company management and supervision to the Ministry of Emergency Situations until the elimination of the consequences of the accident.

 

Solution:

 

We studied the documentation and learned in which parameters the Ministry of Emergency Situations would have to accept the company management and the elimination of the consequences. Then, we started to monitor the media to learn what parameters they mention. When these parameters were at a critical point or could be understood as critical, we communicated these news to the press service of the company.

 

Result:

 

The company managed to remain at the control of the accident liquidation procedure, saving also its production capacities.

 

 

Mosinzhproyect

Task:

 

Monitoring of the reputation of the company and its board in media and social networks.

 

Solution:

 

We created a system of information analysis for internal use with a mobile app.

 

Result:

 

The company managed to grow its operational performance and promptness of reaction to changes in the media attention.

A fund working in the energy segment needed to get a picture of the situation of big Russian and international energy companies in open sources.

 

Solution:

 

We created algorithms of prompt and personalized presentation of data related to hard-to-recover oil and shale oil, trends and perspectives of this market, new technologies, equipment, import substitution, dynamics of prices on international markets. We also researched the partners of our client and state decisions concerning oil industry.

 

Result:

 

Information provided by us allowed our client to make strategical decisions, some of which were related to the project of public acceptance of resource extraction.

 

 

Skyscanner

Task:

 

To monitor reputational risks in the media field of the company and its competitors, sending the results in English to the head office.

 

Solution:

 

Prompt alerts from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., daily monitoring and monthly reports that permit to accompany the situation and prevent uncontrolled negative flux.

 

Result:

 

The air company saves money on crisis management.

Task:

 

To collect up-to-date data on motor oils market.

 

Solution:

 

We formed a pool of sources that publish relevant and verified data, and monitor monthly information field.

 

Result:

 

The company can make quality forecast of motor oil market.

Task:

 

A big foreign player that works on Russian pharmaceutical market needs to monitor the progress of the segment in Russia, its players, regulators, innovations etc.

 

Solution:

 

We created an analytical digest with short annotations that allows to orientate in a massive field of industry topics, highlighting the most important pieces according to the client’s criteria.

 

Result:

 

The information we provide permitted the client to save time and labour on studying the segment in detail. Our client reacted promptly to regulator initiatives, correcting its activity in Russia.
