The Terms and Conditions set below were created by Chip Mobile, Ltd. (Insight Agency, We, Us, Our) in accordance with the Russian Constitution, Russian Civil Code and Federal Law № 149-FZ About Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection, published on 2006/07/27, and determine the terms and conditions of use of the information published on the site www.agency-insight.ru (Site).

You may quote up to 30% of a material published on the Site without our written consent. The quote must go along with the name of Insight Agency and refer to the Site or include a link to the page of the Site that contains the material you quote.

When using the materials of the Site in a video or audio recording, you shall mention the Site and Insight Agency as the source of information. This mention shall be made up to 1 minute after the starting of the recording you use. The volume of the mention shall not be lower than the rest of the recording.

You agree not to alter or modify visual materials, video and audio recordings published by the Site. You shall be held responsible for the alteration of the sense and the contents of the materials you use.
